Some packing problems, beginning was really hard to power through, should have been like a 100 pages shorter.

I only really only read this because it felt weird to not finish the trilogy (also, I’d already bought the book). I really liked the first book but then the second was a bit meh. This was also meh. Glad it’s over.

Will return. Just not the right mood
bluejaybooks's review
Loved this sequel! I think the slight rating drop between this book and the previous installment may be due to how much of it Jovis and Lin spend at separate locations. I don't think this bothered me as much as it did some other readers. Mephi is my favorite, but some of the other characters had some pretty great arcs. I'm honestly a little embarrassed with myself I didn't see certain things coming because they fell into place so well.
