its the way the ending of this has left me unable to stop crying
this reading experience for me, i would classify as right book wrong time. don’t get me wrong, i love this series with my entire being and think about the characters every day. i just picked it up too closely after i finished the long way home, which did make this feel a little repetitive at times. although that’s not in any way the books fault, but rather my own. the daisy haites books are five stars to me as a whole, in fact the only thing i rated so high since bot. can you tell i love them?? the ending has me in shambles
I like Daisy and Christian way more than BJ and Magnolia and this hit sooooo hard
I just love love love the povs of all the characters in this book, getting to really be in the heads and hearts of all of them allows for such a rich and deep understanding that I am really able to emotionally connect with. Their lives are difficult and tragic, so it definitely can be a heavy read sometimes but they just feel everything emotionally so deeply it’s hard to pull away

a million fucking stars. Yall were right, Daisy Haites books ARE BETTER… the fact that i was going to only read the magnolia parks books…. My heart hurts for this beautiful man… they had to fucking sedate him, like who even cares about BJ…. PLEASEEEEEEEE i need him to have all the love in the world im begging.
