This book was incredible! Who knew murder could be so sexy. I wish I could read it again for the first time. I read Butcher and Blackbird first and thought that was a little spicy and scandalous with the murder thrown in. This was more so! Highly recommend if you can handle dark romance.

I loved it.
As somple as that.
I love the chemistry between the grumpy sociopath serial killer Jack and the skinned alive serial killer Kyrie.
How their paths cross. How the desire and the smell of death floats around all along the story.

The danish love declarations from Jack literally killed me.

Holy fuck. Was not super excited about this book going in but this was amazing. Kyrie was so cunty (complimentary) and Jack was so good. I loved everything about this book. This was one of those books that had me pacing around my apartment and kicking my legs. Gonna start shrieking like a chimpanzee or something idk. I have the zoomies.

I read this because I was told it‘s giving strong Mindf*ck Series vibes (and I am a big fan of Trisha Wolfe‘s work anyway)! And they were both right and wrong about that.
Mostly because this managed to be so much nastier than the mindf*ck series while somehow being less gore-y?
I loved it though. They are both very sexily insane and I love a good serial killer story anyway <3
