I suppose instagram accounts fall into my internet-the-book category, huh?
Overall, generally good advice to remember that you and your child(ren) are inherently good inside and to pinpoint the why of behaviors, not just the actions themselves. Lots of good tips on building resilience and confidence in decision making over quick fixes that instead teach compliance.
'course, I have an infant so have yet to really attempt to put any of these into practice but it's a good mindset to think of as we head towards communicating with each other!

Please read this. If you have young children, if you are planning on becoming a parent, if you are a caregiver in any capacity, please read this.
Please read this. If you don't have children but your own childhood was traumatic and you are struggling to heal from it, please read this.
Please read this. If you are a parent of older kids, adults, or a grandparent, please read this.
This book teaches you how to parent your children, but also how to parent yourself, and how to repair broken relationships with your adult kids or your own parents.
I felt like I was filling in the gaps of my own experience - I can now pinpoint exactly what I did not get as a child, and now I know what I can focus on providing for myself as an adult. I also know what I need to ask for and look for in relationships of all kinds.
I can also pinpoint exactly where I struggle as a parent, and can start practicing these strategies now, before things get really really hard with my son (who is not even 2 yet).
What an amazing resource this book is.
