A serie of beautiful illustrations tied together by some mindful reflections. It delivers some of these complex thoughts, struggles and emotions we all go through as humans in a simple and positive way. The simplicity makes its charm and it managed to pull one or two tears from me.
Very cute book.

"When the dark clouds come... keep going"

- "What do we do when our hearts hurt?" asked the boy
- "We wrap them with friendship, shared tears and time, till they wake hopeful and happy again"

I received this book as a gift from a co-worker and after finishing it I can see why. It's an inspiring book about friendship, kindness and self-esteem. It simply made me smile. This book has so many important reminders and lessons within its pages along with beautiful artwork. I'm glad to have read this book and I hope many others take the short time to read it too.
