Well written & realistic, but just not my cup of tea. I have a hard time connecting with characters i don’t like, and i wasn’t a fan of Stevie for most of the book.

It was a great book. Not the best I've read, but a good one. I had little troubles to love the characters, but I did love the story. The past intertwined with the present... The character development was really present. Following Stevie throughout every step of an ED recovery AND grieving was really interesting. I liked it. During my reading, I could see the message that was transmitted by the characters, etc. It is okay to feel emotions, we just need to find balance.
We are all a little fucked up.

Moderate: Alcoholism, Physical abuse, Abandonment, Fatphobia, and Bullying
Minor: Violence, Sexual content, Injury/Injury detail, and Blood
Well, since it is about an eating disorder, it is rough. The language, the background, it can be really triggering. So yeah, be careful.
