I am a student studying English literature at Staffordshire University and found this collection of short stories breath-taking. As I have lived in Stoke my entire life, I was able to recognise various street names and landmarks dotted within the stories. I loved how each story had a mystery and as soon as I thought I had figured out what the narrative was truly about, the plot shifted and I was back in the dark.
Each story was fantastic, well written and thought provoking and I will definitely be recommending it to everyone for a while!
