The art is absolutely stunning. I love the clever use of panels, borders, and negative space to add more magic and whimsy to the story.
Fantastic first volume, I can't wait to see how everything unfolds over the series.

A great beginning to a series I know I’ll like. I love that the art is a mixture of expressive anime faces and old fantasy diagrams.

A lady saw my kid reading Full Metal Alchemist on a trolly and suggested this one and she did not street us wrong.

I randomly started reading this at 11 AM. I was having trouble sleeping and reading manga is usually my late night insomnia activity. Big mistake. Within the first 10 pages I was immediately sucked into a world of gorgeous artwork, magic, and adventure. By the time my eyes were completely dried out and ready to pass out, it was 2 AM. What a beautifully crafted world with even more expertly crafted characters. It's been years since I've yearned to be transported to another world and it was truly a wonderful surprise that I found it here. Highly recommend.

I loved the art and the world. The ending was pretty abrupt, so I'll have to read the next one.

My mom lent me this series and this book is great and extremely cute. Excited to read the next one! Beautiful art, fun and suspenseful.
