Mehhh. Stockholm syndrome and two insufferable main characters. The twist at the end seemed like she was just trying to make sure you at least try book 2, which I don’t think I will be. The whole thing is just a homeless alcoholic deciding she’s into the fact the dude who kidnapped her abuses her. The hot scenes weren’t hot cause I was just uncomfortable that she didn’t really wanna be there
