Yikes so boring. I couldn't even force myself to read, I immediately zoned out. And we get it, being in the mafia is his whole personality.

I understood nothing. So many mysteries. But loved everything nonetheless.

Reading this for the second time after knowing everything and having all the answers is AMAZING. It is such a different experience from reading it for the first time. Doing it that way means I understand all of Adrian’s moves and I see in everything he does how much pain he is in, whereas in my first read I was SO conflicted about him because I did not like how he treated Lia (aka Winter), how he denied her “identity”. BUT HE WASN’TTTTTTTTT!!!!! Reading this for the second time you realise how Adrian was in fact very patient and in love with his wife it’s crazy.
It will always be my favorite Rina Kent’s books for real!

IM FUCKING DONE WITH THIS BOOK LETS GOOOOO. first of all?? Adrian makes kirill look like an angel next to him. Anyways the ending??? Im not necessarily surprised???? I kinda suspected that she was lia but none if this makes sense because where did her memories come from. Also that vision she had of camtose lia is????? And what about her baby girl did he have that before jeremy? Honestly this book was so bad literally one of the worst i read because it felt like it was romanticizing rape??? But now im curious about her past
