Fierce Queen

The title of this is a little misleading as Alana still doesn't feel like a strong character overall. She is still reactive and impulsive. The only time she acts all tough is when she confronts Lucia's foster family. The plot line of Alana being possibly infertile led to the rash decisions that create a catalyst of events. There were so many quick little stories in between like Bobby showing up again and then not being relevant after like three chapters because Alejandro threatened him. Carlos being Lucia's father was a twist but it was short-lived after Alejandro stepped in. Alana, to me, didn't catch her footing to really be a part of the mafia lifestyle. There was so much working against her to make her a part of Alejandro's life. Once again, there was sex in almost every chapter and became repetitive to move the story along at all. The mafia aspect of this felt a little weak just because it was more internal affairs than involving other mafias as a whole. Overall, okay.

Wow! I mean I LOVED this series almost as much as the Ryan series! Just the right amount of drama and

A good end to this chapter. Left it open for the other two. Lots of spice!

Impossible to put down. Read it as soon as I finished book one. Finished in one sitting. Alana was so fierce and strong!

Loveeeee this series

It was a nice book. I just found it a bit sad that the plot was so far in the book and that you found out so quick it would have been nice if it was a bit longer but for the rest if was a good book and the plot was good. I was really guessing and thinking

3⭐️ Not as good as the first book, and I wasn’t really sure where this one was going. Most books lead heavily into the duet book, but this wasn’t as obvious. It was still really spicy
