True to his form in the first book, Adam Kay lets us into his life in the hospital, sharing stories of the different patients he came across during the festive period. As well as the hilarious anecdotes, you also see the strain medical professionals go through during Christmas time. Sacrificing so much to gain little in return. This year has probably been the greatest example of the hard work the NHS workers do, and for that, we salute you. If you didn't have an idea of how harsh the medical profession is on the people running it, then this book will show you.
