I almost want to give it a five star for that gorgeous ending, but some parts made me soo mad that it only gets a four star. Loved this though, super fun.

Actually maybe there were some problematic aspects, but I enjoyed myself so whatever.

The synopsis of this book tells you all you really need to know. Is it cute? Yeah. Is it annoying and juvenile? Also yeah. The character’s obsession with virginity is understandable at the beginning of the book, but then it starts to become silly.
The author did a great job of making you feel like you were in the mind of teenaged girl, but that’s not a great place to be. Overall, could’ve gone without reading this and found myself waiting for it to be over.

This book for the most part was so cringe... I know it's literally a book about losing your virginity, but I *hated* the way the characters talked about sex. I'm not sure if this makes sense, but at times this book didn't feel like it was published in 2020. The initial love interest was like...insane. And obviously, she doesn't end up with him but there was time when I wanted to pull a whistle out on him--very suspect. And I wasn't too crazy about the ultimate love interest and his motives either! The thing this book did do for me was made me feel a little more sympathetic to friends-to-lovers--just a little!

I’m a sucker for a good friends to lovers.
I didn’t like how Andrew could hook up with other people but Keeley was off limits to everyone else.

for some reason i thought this was gonna be like to all the boys i’ve loved before. it was not lmaoo. it wasn’t what i was expecting really. it was just fine. so much drama that didn’t make sense at all. the main character was so oblivious to the point it didn’t make sense and she just came off obtuse. but it was entertaining enough i guess.

This book was so dang cute and funny. Sometimes idk what I like more, best friends to Lovers or enemies to lovers. I love them both so much. Keeley is the last one of her friends to still be a virgin and she doesn’t know what to do about it. Since all the guys in her small town she's known forever and never considered them an option. When she meets a new HOT College guy, Dean, she knew this was her chance. Keeley is scared to admit to him how inexperienced she actually is. So Andrew, her BFF comes to the rescue. This book was so freakin cute it was just what I needed.

This book was perfection. Ugh the characters were so relatable and it is such a relief to know that we weren’t the only teenagers worrying about things that just don’t matter as much as we believe they do. This book was so charming and comforting. I will say...I’m hungover right now and reading about them drinking so much at prom and grad parties made me very queasy but it was SOO worth it for the ending. I WANT TO HUG THE AUTHOR. Thank you for giving me another YA book to fall in love with.
