Our Hero Has Bad Breath (which unusually, I think, is not the title of a story within the book) is a highly entertaining collection of short stories. All of them include at least one gay character and it is often on that gayness that the plot revolves and twists.
Throughout, Robins keeps a wry tone infused with sardonic humour, subverting a world in the clutches of stale and stultifying conservatism.
Great fun.
