Utterly baffling.

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Marvel, a 100th anniversary edition is produced set 47 years in the future (!?)

FF is set in that period with suitably aged cast, Spider-Man might as well be set today but as part 8 of an imaginary story (it's not a great payoff for a 22 page story, let alone an 8 episode storyline), Cyclops is president in an alternate reality, there's a wacky Avengers story (and the only story to really grasp the 47 years in the future) and the Guardians of the Galaxy fight Galactus.

I don't really understand the point. And none of the stories are any good.

a what if type of book imagining what the Marvel books will be like on their 100th anniversary.
