I don’t even think I need to write a review. I screamed, laughed, cried, melted. I loved every second of this book. Nesta

I cannot rate this book high enough!
I loved Nesta and her journey and even more, Cassian. I felt as though her journey of change was better than Feyre's and more genuine. I loved the rise of the Valkyries and the empowerment they had.
This book made me giggle and was a massive redemption to Wings and Ruin.

Okay...that was a lot.
Overall I loved this book. I felt like Nesta's journey was written so well and took so much time - like it was really great how it wasn't too easy, it really showed her progress and setbacks repeatedly, which felt realistic. Also her and cassian - yum. But then all of a sudden it was like she realized she'd written 680 pages and suddenly had to wrap it up and then crammed everything into the last 70 pages. There's so much left unresolved - like the entire autumn court, Tamlin, the rumbling war... like I need her to write more asap. Also as much as I loved the story, I missed hearing about Rhys, Feyre, and the rest of the people in the central group. I wish it'd been more balanced.
Having said all that I feel like the majority of the book was brilliant, which is why I gave it 5 stars - just an unsatisfying ending.
