Started out good then was blah
fast-paced

While weird you could see this from Tyler's book when she's in high school... But I'm choosing to ignore that and be grateful she was 21 when stuff happened.

Age gap romances usually require me to not think about the age or real life ramifications if I want to enjoy the book - and this was no different.

Overall - was cute and would recommend the series overall.

Obviously this was 5 stars, IT WAS EVERYTHING

This is my reactions every few chapters which no one asked for:

Currently reading chapter 7 and i dont know why but I've been so excited for this book for no particular reason. on that note, for the high expectations I've had for this book I am feeling very let down at the moment but I will update once I have read more.

finishing chapter 9, the moment with Jack's dad and Ev was honestly so heartwarming. it would've been better if Jack didn't ruin it by rushing her out, but it was still nice at the end of the day.

"Then he laughs. Truly terrifying." I love this.

FINALLY SOMETHING IS HAPPENING. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT.

Chapter 14, WHY TF DID EV JUST ASK THAT. THAT WAS LITERALLY OUT OF LEFT FIELD.

"No, that isn’t it. I told you. I don’t see you like that. I’m sorry." FUCK JACK why would you have to say that. UGH.

Okay their "breakup" was not as dramatic as I hoped it would be.

I finished the book. I hyped up this book way too much in my mind and usually whenever I do this im let down. This has nothing to do with the author i just overhype and expect some bombass story each time. But this one was very wholesome and honestly felt very realistic compared to other stories, in my opinion. There was one thing which I wish got more pages toward was about Ev's insecurities and opinoins on everyone about herself. That aspect of her was very on and off and i feel like it never got really addressed and resolved. Other than that this was a very whole read.

Wow, I can’t believe the Wildcat Hockey series is coming to an end. Forever Wild is the perfect ending to an unbelievable series that pulled you in and had you addicted to all the characters we have met along the way. Jack and Everly give us all the heat, banter, close proximity, and teammate’s sister. Jack is recovering from a season ending injury and quite the surly bear when anyone offers him help. Everly is just enjoying her summer before her internship. These two knock heads constantly, but the underlying tension becomes harder and harder to ignore. Especially when Everly gets Jack to let her help out in her own way that doesn’t completely annoy Jack to the ends of the earth. The more time these two spend together, that quick banter slowly turns into an attraction that’s hard to deny and why not cave for the summer, a short fling. Jack and Everly take us on a fun, flirty, emotional rollercoaster that will have you devouring this book ti see what happens between these two. I have loved these characters in this series and Jack and Everly may just be my favorite now.
