This was quick, fun and easy to read, but was also my least favourite TJR by far. I just felt the characters in this had no depth and nothing interesting about them. I like the idea of two parallel universes but honestly I wish more things were happening, the plot was very lacklustre. I thought the book needed more editing and the mentions of cinnamon rolls got very annoying tbh 😭

This book was so delightful. I loved having the two concurrent story lines and seeing where her life overlapped. I thought this was a really clever concept.

this was such a fun book to read and was so relatable in ways i wasn’t expecting it to. I annotated this book while reading it to gift it to a friend but i also loved it too so double win!

Thoroughly enjoyable! I’m a fan of exploring alternate outcomes based on different decisions, and love how the author made a point that you can be happy despite different outcomes.

This book was ... fine. I loved another book by this author (Daisy Jones) and when audible offered a free romance, I was excited to listen. I didn't give up on it, but I didn't love it.

HOLY SMOKES. I never ever thought I would love a TJR book more than Evelyn Hugo but wow did I CHERISH Maybe in Another Life. The book revolves around two lifelong friends and how their personal lives intertwine. Best friends Gabby and Hannah find themselves in two very different places in life, one is happily married and other other, sadly single. When Hannah gets into a car accident both her world and Gabby’s world are flipped upside down. Hannah thinks she found “the one” in her high school sweetheart Ethan, but then Henry comes along… it is up to both girls to decide exactly what type of relationship they want to be in. I can confidently say this book pulled HARD at my heart strings. I fell in love with every character in this book (except Mark IYKYK). This is a type of novel that makes you appreciate the good in your life and get rid of the bad. PLEASE do yourself a favor and read this book! It definitely is in my top 3 of 2022.
