Meh. This book was just okay. Didn’t love it or hate it. It ended up feeling very repetitive while it went back and forth between the two “versions” of her life. The writing was very basic, but that’s alright it was a quick read.

It did slightly inspire me to get my sh*t together and figure out which version of my life I actually want to be living right now. It’s crazy how different our lives can end up turning out based on one small decision and I think this novel does a good job depicting this. While I’m not sure if all things happen for a reason this book makes me believe maybe they do.

The premise was a fun take on the infinite universes theory. The writing felt redundant at times which makes me think that TJR just does a lot better in third person.

I loved Hannah’s relationship with Gabby. But other than that, I didn’t feel strongly connected to most of the characters.

That being said, the burden of knowledge really screwed me here. That is absolutely not how hospital-based physical therapy works. Every time Henry “lifted” Hannah, I wanted to scream that he was gonna hurt himself or her.

I finished this book in 2 days and was hooked from the start. I love the premise of this book that everything that could happen, happens. It is very comforting to know that the decisions we make in life will work out for us.

10/10 recommend!!! Not a 5 star read because I am just starting to be really picky or all of the books I read will be 5 stars.
