So happy to have all of these wonderful short stories finally in one place now. I had read most of them before this book came out and they were a joy to rediscover all over again. :) And the ones that I had yet to read were a true bonus. This book is a great pick up and go book for those short trips where you want something to read but don't have time to get into full out novels. Love how Jae writes romance.

This is a compilation of Jae’s short stories, some featuring characters from her novels ([b:Something in the Wine|33375999|Something in the Wine (The Moonstone Series, #1-2)|Jae|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1481637664l/33375999._SY75_.jpg|54327245] and the Second Nature series), three Xmas stories that tie together, and some stand-alones. Some I’d read before, and some were new to me. They’re all worth a read, but I really liked the Romance Bet and the Midnight Couch. The latter I would love to see expanded into a novella or full length story.

I am typically not a fan of short stories. I am always left wanting more, but since these are more of bonus stories.. I didn't feel that way. I like to revisit characters I enjoyed. Those really good books you reread and sometimes think… I wonder what Annie and Drew are up to nowadays. I had read the majority of the shorts in this book at different times. I always enjoy Jae’s writing and enjoyed this collection even if I couldn’t remember all the books the characters came from originally. Made me want to reread some Jae books. Lillian and Rachel were new to me. I hadn’t read their story before. I enjoyed the 3 short stories about them the most. Worth picking up especially if you are a fan of Jae… and seriously how are you not?

Rhe stories in this book are all nice and heartwarming. Some of the stories are side-stories to novels written by the author. They aren't as fun as the original ones, but nice nonetheless.

Happily Ever After by Jae is a nice collection of her sort stories and epilogues from some of her full length novels. It is the perfect collection to have on hand if you feel like a light read before bed. Her writing is always first rate and while not every story captured my imagination, there were several that I will keep book marked for times when I need a quick pick me up from a reliable author.

I was provided with an ARC of this book by the publisher in return for a fair and honest review.

Happily Ever After is an amazing collection of short stories that range from short and sweet to erotic and loving. There is a great variety of stories which makes this collection so great. You won’t get bored with the same type of story being told over and over again because of the variety.

I have only ever read one other book by Jae and this collection was a great way to introduce me to more of Jae’s works. Some of the short stories include characters from other novels and it made me want to read those books so I could get to know more about those characters.

I think this collection is a great introduction to Jae’s work if you have never read anything by her. It is also great if you have read other stories from her because there are new great characters and you may get to see other that you already know and love.

I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

This is a great collection of Jae's short stories focusing on happy endings. Some are can be considered epilogues after some of her novels, so you might want to be careful about spoilers if you haven't read all of her works. I already have some of the short stories in my collection, but it's nice to have them all in one place.

There isn't one story I'm not fan of to be honest. All are either very good or great story. I especially enjoyed the mini series of short stories about Rachel and Lillian. They are just regular women with regular jobs trying to living their life. I usually enjoy those more than characters with more glamorous backgrounds.

I also really liked The Midnight Couch. It's such an adorable story about having a crush on a coworker.

Overall I strongly recommend this collection if you want quick reads on sweet and romantic themes.
