Lots to think about, especially, Can you excuse life-threatening violence if you believe in the cause?

Fab book with fascinating insights into a previously unknown to me militant suffragette.

I hadn't known just how violent the acts of the militant suffragettes were, so this was fascinating. I don't usually read biographies or non-fiction that often, and this one kept me interested. Let down by some mistakes that should've been picked up by a proof read, and (imo) padding.

Truly fascinating account not only of Kitty Marion's life but also of the suffragette and reproductive rights movements, narrated by the ever so compelling and passionate Dr Fern Riddell. I learnt a lot reading it!

I don't usually love non-fiction books but I found this so easy to read + interesting. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in feminism/ the suffragette movement especially a look into the flaws of early feminism and leaders in the movement that in many ways carry over to modern feminism today.
