Definitely an Emma Lovewell fan so I enjoyed this book a lot! An easy read that offers a lot of down-to-earth advice while sharing some of her own story

Mini Audiobook Review:
Thank you to PRH Audio for the complimentary copy!

**I will not be rating Non Fiction books as it is based on real events and real experiences.**

If you are a Peloton user/rider, you definitely will enjoy this!
I am not sure if the average person who is not apart of the community will gravitate towards this book as I feel like a lot of books have similar themes - working hard, working through insecurities, trusting your gut & just life struggles.

I didn't know much about Emma before this so this definitely gave me more of insight of what her life was prior to being a Peloton instructor.  She had many motivational moments from her life sprinkled throughout without it coming across so intense where you would roll your eyes at the advice.

I thought her narration was great & her voice came across clear & hopeful.

I love Emma so I definitely increased my star rating based upon this bias. Had I picked this up on a whim and didn’t know she was part of Peleton, I probably would have DNFed this one. 🫣 I feel so bad saying that. This just wasn’t a great book. It was repetitive and the writing wasn’t great. Ughhhhh. I don’t want to say anything else. I feel bad enough saying that.

I, like most people that pick up this book, love Emma’s Peloton classes.

Unfortunately this wasn’t my favorite Peloton/celebrity memoir. While I enjoyed the second half much more than the first, I almost set this one down because the beginning “lessons” are so heavy-handed and on the nose (ex: when you find yourself adrift at sea, lean into the wind and adjust your sails). I’m sorry, Emma!
