This Book wasn’t it for me. I started with the audio book. For some reason, a story about a 17 year old girl is narrated by a 40 year old man. Therefore it was incredibly rough to get through the audiobook, so I started reading the physical book halfway through. 
But there were too many plotpoints that felt like going nowhere. The Mafia aspect of the story felt weird, the characters had absolutely no depth and the fantasy aspect was not really explored a lot.

This book had some heavy topics I wasn't quite prepared for, but was still really good. Interesting to read about mafia families, the Italian countryside, and a sprinkling of Greek mythology. I will definitely be reading more of this series.
