This is Casey and Caleb's story and I couldn't put it down. I was really looking forward to this book after reading about them in the previous 2 books and I wasn't disappointed. They were fiery and stubborn but some people are just meant for each other even from a young age and these 2 are definitely meant for each other. At times I thought they would never get their act together as they clashed, but with Caleb's new understanding they finally come through it. I cannot wait for Avery and Landon's story now...

First book I have read from these two and wow what a storyline. Caleb is a changed man. He comes back to his home town and wants to stay the man he is now. But his ex Casey does not make it easy. Are these two meant to be together or was the past just to hurtful? Great chemistry . Enjoyable from beginning to end. These two write very well together. I can't wait to read more from them.

I love Caleb. He's my favorite from this series. He overcomes his struggles and fights for Casey to take him back.

The Writing, as always with J.L Leslie’s books, is well done, however I felt the story fell flat.

Maybe I’m just in a sour mood with romance novels right now, but the whole book felt cliched and predictable. Even the ending, that was supposed to be an “oh s%^*” moment didn’t really come as a surprise.

I’m a little disappointed overall, but I’m hoping the next book will spice things up again.

I really enjoyed this story! It was well written and the characters just drew me in from beginning to end. It is the 3rd book in the series but it does stand by itself. I haven't read the previous books and I had no trouble picking up this one and fully enjoying it. It did hook me on the series though, so I definitely want to check out the rest of them. This story deals with 2 characters that have loved each other for a long time, but they were both on the immature side and got into a cycle of hurting each other and not knowing how to get out of it, until it broke them. Both have matured now and are fighting the question of whether or not they are meant to be and are good for each other. I really loved the way that it was done. You could really feel the characters struggle throughout the story as they tried to figure themselves out. This story does have some explicit sex in it, blended very well into the story. There was plenty to keep my attention and definitely kept me wanting more.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
