I found this whole thing to be depressing. For a year Leo spirals while Jesse tiptoes around him and then when Leo finally starts to get himself together, Jesse finally falls apart. That's reasonable, but Jesse stays mad for like 2 minutes and then just goes back yo being the ridiculously supportive caregiver. I felt like the characters were pretty one demential and their grief and healing was too linear. It just didn't work for me.
