The steamy plot of this book had me interested! The writing however did let me down a bit. I found the plot was a bit rushed and wished more romantic or steamy moments while Rowan was pretending to be a succubus. I'll continue reading the series and hope it gets better but I wish it didn't seem so rushed and things were built up better.

I liked the writing, but I was a little bit blindsided by the whole "demons that get nourishment out of other peoples arousal". Feels more along the lines of minotaur smut than romantasy. To each their own, but it threw me off throughout the story

This book was missing character development. I never clicked with any characters. It felt rushed. It was a quick, easy read. Hoping book 2 is better.
