This book sounds like it was written by an eight year old misogynist trying to sound older than they are by talking about adult issues without understanding them, the way people talk in this book is insane. The plot is good but the writing destroys the plot.
Pretty good book. I had worked out the 'guilty' party much earlier on but the story still played out reasonably well.
This was a fast paced read about a missing child. We get the view points of Leila, her abductor, her mother, and the police involved in the search. Overall, the surprises might be limited, but there is always a twist of lime in a gin and tonic.

I thought this book was okay. It did grip me from the first few pages and I was invested in the story, however I feel as though some parts of the plot were a bit predictable. There were some good twists towards the end which I didn’t see coming and it was a good read, however I do think there are better books out there.
