Ok, is this going to win any literary awards? No. Was it trying to be too big for its boots? No. Is this really fun and silly? Yes. Its a dark retelling of Peter Pan and the lost boys. Its spicy. Its rediculous. My only gripe was that it was meant to be enemies to lovers which i honestly didnt feel the enemies part of it.

*spoiler alert** **THIS REVIEW MAY BE GRAPHIC AND CONTAIN SPOILERS**
**WARNING!! this book is not for everyone TW includes but is not limited to Prostitution, kidnapping, exhibitionism, voyeurism, bondage, sadism, and degradation **

So from my count, this book goes through at least 5 POVs and it became a little difficult to keep track of in the beginning, but once I got the hang of it, it wasn't too bad. I'll admit it took me a minute to get into this book, but once I got a few chapters in, I had a list of questions that I definitely needed answered.

I
loved that it did touch on the backstory of the Lost Boys a little, Bash and Kas, specifically, but I would have loved to see more about Vane. I am hoping his story comes to light more in future books. Hearing about what happened to Pan and what happened between him and Tink definitely was a bit of a plot twist for me. I thought that Tink was in love with Pan, as that tends to be how it goes, but what she did to him and how he killed her had me with my mouth open.

"One rule, don't fuck the darling"

When it starts like that, we all know what's going to happen. I was fully expecting Pan to be the first one but was surprised when it ended up being Bash. Bash and Kas have this sharing kink and I am here for it.  I really want to know what happens with Vane and if he will give up and be with Winnie.

I hope in further books, that you learn more about the shadows and the 7 kings. Hook was mentioned, but not enough to make him pivotal to the story. I am hoping to read more about that part of the story and find out what happened with Cherry and Hook. Since Cherry is from Hook's area but frequents the Lost Boys, and not to mention, is basically in love with Vane.

Overall, the story wasn't bad. It was entertaining and I will be reading the next one.
