Loved this book if I could give it a higher rating I would. I've been struggling to find a book to keep my attention for a few weeks now but as soon as I picked up this book I couldn't put it down it captivated me from page 1. Excited to start book 2!

I was going to DNF but it's so short, I only had like 80 pages left so I just finished it. It's Peter Pan, Neverland, Wendy and the Lost boys but smut. The writing feels juvenile to me, which was my main issue. I can read just smut and be fine most of the time because I'm prepared for no plot. This book tried to accomplish at least some plot but failed. It felt like the characters just basically teleported from one place to another to hurry the plot along just so they could just get back to the smut.

Edgy dark romance retelling of Peter Pan, there's something like a good idea here. It just can't get past the terrible characters and sex scenes. The main character nymphomaniac 18 year old girl, her willingness to get down with her kidnappers is played like an empowering thing, but it's not! It just comes across as cringy and immature. And everyone here is horny for the weirdest and/or grossest shit. Eating pancakes? Sure, they're ready to bone. Descaling and gutting a fish to eat? She's thinking about anal. I don't care how well you write it. It's not sexy.

The pick me vibes I get from this book is beyond cringe. 
The guys seem dark enough that the next books could be fun but I don't like the main female, which is the plot of the entire series so I probably will no be reading any more of this.
