If it wasn’t for the spice, it wouldn’t be worth reading. Nikki St. Crowe’s idea is an interesting one, but definitely not enough to build a whole series on. That being said, I finished it in 2 days and picked up The Dark One immediately after!

The Never King is a unbelievably sexy, dark and twisted adult version of Peter Pan & The Lost Boys, and such a fun and quick read. I was pulled right in from page one, I just HAD to know what happened next! I love that while there's a good amount of smut, that this also has a fantastic storyline to go with it. I can't wait to read the next book to see what happens next.

I love Vane the most. He's broody, mysterious, dark and I'm very intrigued by him.
Followed by Kas, Peter and Bash! They all have their quirks.

If you have read The Reaper Incarnate by C. A. Rene & R. E. Bond, then you will absolutely love this!
