That was a bit traumatizing, maybe too realistic for me to have read right now. Nothing really felt surprising, which was kind of a let down.

What an absolutely gripping thriller. Gah. The definition of page-turning. At first I was put off by the 400 page length, but it goes so fast and it's all short chapters and transcripts with lots of spaces, so it's not actually that long at all. So don't be afraid of the thicc book! The way everything unravels and the feeling you can't trust anybody, despite the obvious bad guy, made for such an unpredictable and satisfying read. One of the best thrillers I've read in a while.

Such a good novel. Kept my attention and I never guessed the plot twist. It came out of nowhere!

I struggled with 3 stars not enough but 4 being too many. So I would give it 3.5. I could see what was happening and was frustrated that the characters didn’t but I guess maybe that makes it a good read?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 This is the newest book by one of my favorite psychological thriller authors. It is about babies who are switched at birth and what it means to be a parent...and what it means to be a psychopath. I found it thoroughly engaging and highly recommend it!
