This is the perfect, short story for all chick-lit, romance and drama fans. Perfect for when you're busy and need a quick read! You can easily devour this story in less than an hour. Lisa is a strong, determined character that will get her own way! Imagine proposing and planning a wedding within 2 weeks. Mental! But will her partner say yes? Lisa is willing to risk it all. I enjoyed reading this one and it even gave me a little chuckle. Perfect.

I actually really enjoyed this book. Normally short stories always leave me wanting more or there's not enough to hook me but that wasn't the case with this one.

I will say that I thought Lisa's plan was an unconventional and a little crazy but it made for a funny read.

As is the case for most short stories with me I didn't connect with any of the characters. If you are in the mood for a short fast paced funny story this might be one for you

This book is about a woman named Lisa, she's been with her boyfriend for five years and has been dropping subtle hints about marriage. He has failed to pick up on any of these hints so she's decided to take matters into her own hands. However instead of her proposing to him why not take it a step further and plan the whole wedding then propose? Bulletproof idea!

As you all know I'm not really a lovey dovey fan, I don't normally pick up romance books and definitely not ones where the whole idea is planning a wedding. However I liked the idea of Lisa doing it herself and not relying on the guy. Even though this is a really short read I really did enjoy it!

At the start I did think Lisa was a little bit crazy deciding to plan the whole wedding in two weeks and not even mentioning it to the groom to be however I think it worked really well with the story because it was all building up to this big event at the end where it could all go wrong so easily.

The only issue I had with this book was that it was so short! I wanted more! I definitely think that the whole story could have been delved deeper into but if the only flaw is that it wasn't long enough then clearly it's doing something right.

If you're in the mood for a cute romantic read then definitely pick this one up. Yes the whole plot does revolve around a wedding but it is a really short read and it really is so much fun watching Lisa try and get everything ready for the big day. Then she has the added worry of will Matt even say yes to her proposal let alone the wedding?! Definitely pick this one up to find out!

Thankyou so much to Rebekah for letting me finish my reading year on a high note!
