Was enjoying this book and the characters but everything was resolved between them by half way through the book. They expressed their feelings, got together, told all their secrets… nothing left to keep my interest. I much prefer slow burn. Maybe I will come back to it one day!

If Fall From India Place was a strange reading because of Hannah's development, Echoes of Scotland Street was even stranger.

Cole was always quiet, shy, adorable, protective and cute as a kid and then he grows into this super hot guy and wow. Very strange. I never thought he would be so extroverted, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering he grew up surrounded by Cam, Braden and Nate. All things considered, I have to admit he couldn't have turned out any better. And he's still sweet, adorable and protective. Samantha, you did good.

Shannon had some really bad luck in her life and her parents and sister were really crappy. I've read a lot of stories with crappy families and I don't understand how they can be such shitty people. Because of all that, her reaction to Cole was understandable, but he was the right person for her. A lot of people think that we've got to love our family and make them our priority despite all the shit (sorry) they do to us. Well, that is not true. Some things are unforgivable and we've got to know when to let go. Shannon didn't do that at first and she almost lost the person who loved her more than anything and that she loved more than anything in her life, but thank God she opened her eyes in time. I guess this story supports my theory about family.

Cole and Shannon were made for each other, they are perfect together.

Logan is great, too. What he did for his sister was amazing. That is what a family looks like! I am really glad the tribe, as Joss calls it, decided to help him because he deserves all the best.

Oh, and Rae. I love her character. She's not sweet or anything, but she's awesome and very strong. And I guess in the end she's also a great friend.

Again, we get to read more about the tribe and they are even more amazing, if that's even possible.

Echoes of Scotland street is an amazing novel and I love it with all my heart.

This felt very very rushed. It had so much potential to be better if the writer had taken her time with the plot and characters.
Nonetheless it was very sweet and probably my favorite in the series so far

We met Cole in previous On Dublin Street novels and basically saw him growing up. What a fine man he turned into!! This is Shannon and Cole's story and I love their story. We first see them meet when they were teens and see the connection then see them meet years and see them form a relationship. You see the connection is still there but the past is a constant reminder for Shannon and she learns to get past that with Cole's help and she also helps him heal from his childhood. We still get to see all our other friends from this series who are obviously older now and I love that we get that connection also in this story. Thank you for another great book in this series and I look forward to getting to know Logan!

I read this a couple of days ago and I really liked it. But I didn't write the review until today. I was procrastinating. She went through all that and even though she had trust issues, she didn't let it completely overtake her. That was courageous. At times the book was funny. For instance, the part where she proposed to him. It was just funny in a good way. It was unpredictable for sure. It was a great book. I enjoyed it. I learned a few thing.

After 'On Dublin Street', this one is the best part of this series for me.
Even though no one can surpass my one and only man, Braden Carmichael, Cole is close, close, but not enough. Braden is still and will be my love forever!
