Wow I can see why all the girls have fallen for Rhysand. I am writing this review after having read the whole series and this is my favourite one. Firstly, I had no idea Rhysand was going to become a love interest (even when Feyre first went to the night court). I am sure there were little hints in the first novel - so I am keen for a reread of his scenes to see how it panned out. The ‘romance’ scenes were pretty intense too - given that this was my first spicy romantasy book, I am sure I will be proven wrong sooner or later.
I also enjoyed the scene where she was whisked away at the altar. I was intrigued by the development of Tamlin’s character and was genuinely surprised as I didn’t see it coming in the first book. But it’s not love, but possessiveness and assumed ownership of Feyre, especially when he thinks that he is saving her from Rhysand at the end of the book. And vice versa when it comes to Rhysand being painted as a mysterious villain.
The whole fantasy and saving the world part is interesting but with this book I think the love story really drew me in. Even if you weren’t keen on the first book, it’s worth going through it just for this.

Holy shit, if I could give this a million stars I would. I always think her books can't possibly get any better and then they just blow me out of the water every time! ❤️
