Definitely my favorite in the series so far. I mean. Sue clinched the win, even if I hadn’t really liked much else. But I liked a lot of the side characters introduced in this one, and Harry didn’t bother me as much as he has previously.

But he better leave Murphy alone. Romantically anyways.

I am really starting to like this series! I didn't listen to the last one but I didn't miss much I don't think. I enjoyed the fact that there didn't need to be much "sex" but it was still a great story. I wish that Butcher would stop putting Dresden in to so many situations that cause everyone to question his allegiances. Especially Morgan who is constantly looking for any reason to take Dresden down!

The addition of the Butters character was nice.
I forget where in the series I went from "liking them well enough to keep going" to "really going to be sad when I run out," but it was somewhere around here.

So riding a Necro-saurus rex to stop evil guys from attaining God hood and then pleasing a wild fae dude for riding said Rex was a heck of a way to end this. Necromancers are usually cool and this proves that concept, especially the body switcher, I just would like them not having to be bad guys with necromancy being considered bad.

Harry was still being cringey here but whatever, butters turned out to be pretty interesting to have along and I still enjoy the werewolf pack of college student vigilantes. Fallen angel girl seems cool and should be interesting to see how that goes as long as she's not just horny bait for Harry in the future too.
