This book really puts habit forming and breaking into prospective!!! Which will ultimately help you better understand and learn how to do so for yourself.

Decent book but very abstract. The struggle was real, and I do think that I’d benefit more from a book for ADHD-specific readers. (If anyone knows of one, please recommend it in my comments!)

Concepts & theories are good but felt very much like a “bro” book. The author didn’t really to think about or talk to others with different life perspectives. Written in a way that it’s hard to take pieces and apply to daily life as it’s meant to be a full “system”

Practical read with great examples to implement into my life. Appreciated the author's voice and encouragement that life isn't perfect but we can make our habits attractive, easy, and feasibly consistent.
