Lucy Lennox writes interesting characters who encounter interesting situations. The situations aren't always probable, but they are possible, and I enjoy seeing how Lennox's characters manage their difficult situations.
I am starting to think of this series as an emotional palate cleanser from my own personal challenges. Anytime I need a break, I can fold laundry and listen to one of the brotherhood sort out their own crisis.
This story hit a little close to home for me. Stories about children caught up in custody issues will always be tough to listen to, but the author handled the situation well. The romance was a sweet counter to the other conflicts. I was engaged for the entire story even though nothing exploded. (Yes, I am that person who prefers explosions and gunfights in my romance stories.) I even enjoyed a resolution that didn't include extreme peril for the main characters.
The narration was wonderful, and I will actively seek out books narrated by Michael Dean. I am looking forward to more of this series.

I enjoyed this read - and am loving this series BUT I rated this down solely because why was Lellie not given to Tully (I know then there would be no story - it could have been written differently I guess)
I enjoyed the growth and coming together between Dev and Tully but as a parent - it didnt make sense to give the baby to someone who was basically a sperm donor and didnt want anything to do with the baby. For all intents and purposes Tully was more her Dad.
overall I enjoyed this read, and seeing Dev overcome his guilt and realise his Majestic family is there for him always.

Dev and Tully’s story was everything I needed it to be. Granted, I would’ve preferred a more in-your-face confrontation in the epilogue between the players, but oh well. Anyway, Lellie is adorable and this was such a great addition.

Did I go into this book with the hopes that it was going defy the laws of biology? Yes ofc I did.
Was I a little disappointed it didn’t happen? Also yes
but I still very much enjoyed the book. I think I will check out the rest of the series since I know I read this out of order overall it was sweet.

Lellie is love
It’s official, Majestic is my home away from home. And I loved Dev, Lellie, and Tully’s love story. Yes we have Dev and Tully and they are yummy, but it was even more beautiful watching Dev become a father to his precious daughter. This one will stay with me for a long time as I’ve been waiting for that moment when Dev would finally forgive himself even though he never needed to in my heart and open himself to all kinds of love. And whoa do he and Tully love their man.
“I wanted to take. I wanted to give. I wanted to fuse us into one unrecognizable shape of lust and desire until all that remained was an empty husk and the echo of gasping breath.
How was it possible to want someone this much?”
One night wouldn’t ever be enough for me either with these two, they are combustible. It’s almost like they imprinted on each other and I am all here for it! Another thing I am all here for is the adorable Lellie. I can only imagine the picture the family Dev, Tully and Lellie make, I bet it would rival the splendor of the Three Sisters.
My favorite moments though will always be with the brotherhood. Their friendship and support is my be-all love story in this amazing series. And every time I cannot wait for the next one as the teaser has me dreaming of what’s to come.

Dev and Tully have a little bit of a history, meaning a steaming hot one night stand two years earlier. Now, they are back together due to Lellie. As they navigate all the curves as well as healing old hurts, a family begins to form. This story will make you laugh and cry while you follow along to their HEA.
lighthearted
just ok. the romance was very fast burn, but pretty cute. i liked the family vibe between dev, tully, and lellie. i liked dev’s family friend group too. very “it takes a village”
but this was 300 something pages and still felt too long and at the same time too underdeveloped. wish we saw more of tully’s backstory and how he worked so hard because of his issues with being powerless as a kid.
not the best book ever, but a nice palate cleanser :)
