This had a bit of an unusual structure. The first twenty-four pages were each a single day, from December 1st through the 24th and then the remaining few pages were December 25th. I expected that I would hate it (as I often do issues with multiple shorter-than-an-issue stories), but found it quite enjoyable to see all these snapshots of various characters through the month. Nothing earth-shaking, but a fun read for me, as I pulled it out of my to-read box on Christmas morning.

25 days of X-Men Christmas...what could go wrong?

sad fast-paced
I only read Rainbow Rowell's 1 page comic called the Blue Christmas because she's one of my favorite authors and I want to read all of her work! The story was okay and a little sad - I would have liked to be left with more hope. This is a cool concept, many different authors and illustrators coming together and writing a one page story for 25 days of Christmas! I think if you really like Marvel comics, holiday reads, and these authors and/or illustrators may be worth a read!

I had to scoop this up for some seasonal reading. This comic was fun, but I was not a giant fan of the format and the story itself was not that interesting. Good artwork in this one but mostly forgettable.
