I love this story so much. Wanted to tell the mom STOP. But still loved it.
I LOVE these versions. They preserve the original story but perfectly arrange it for the visual medium.

One of my least favorite Manga Classics so far, but I think that lies in the fact that I struggle with Jane Austen. I want to like her books, but often the fantasy does not live up to the reality for me.
I didn't connect with the characters, and I was glad I was reading a manga that allowed me to enjoy the story more through the exquisite artwork and settings.
As always, I think that Manga Classics does such a wonderful job of being an entry into the world of classic literature. It allows you to get your feet wet, without feeling so daunted about diving in. Perfect as always, just what I expect from their titles!

character development was subpar and i only ended up liking elinor. also maybe the manga style isnt me bc i only thought elinor and colonel brandom were good looking and i thought they should have ended up together but instead elinor ends up with a 14 year old ahh looking boy with commitment issues. babe.

This was my first Manga novel. I appreciated the instructions at the start on how to read it. The graphics were great and I liked being able to read a classic in a new way.
A quick, engaging read for the page count. This was my first reading of Sense and Sensibility and the twists and turns kept me engaged.
The art distinguished the characters well, and the character guides in the front and back of the book were helpful. There are clearly details and scenes cut from the prose book, which leaves a reader with more content if they choose to follow up with the original.
The youngest sister was so rarely seen that I forget about her for three-quarters of the book.
