Wow, what a finale! That was a rollercoaster ride from crisis to calamity from start to finish. The number of times I held my breath waiting to see what would happen next was unreal. I loved the characters in this book. Vale, Kian, Xavier and Idris - not forgetting Rune are some of the best Annie has written and the imaginary worlds living in her head are now firmly entrenched in mine. This final book in the trilogy brings everything to a head and there is all to play for. The locations, the battles, the baddies, the undying love, made for a finale of epic proportions. I'm so glad I was there for the ride.

Riven is so sweet under the tough outside, and oh my gosh him talking about his mom talk about heartbreaking. I can't decide if Aerix really is protecting Zoey or if he is a douche. I love how resilient Zoey is. And ending i need to know how Riven will finally react to the truth. Lastly let's not forget about Ghost, I just love Ghost.
