I'm shocked that I liked this book, but there you have it. I usually prefer scifi/fantasy, but I have a massive crush on Lauren Graham, so had to read this. There was a definite Lorelei Gilmore vibe from the main character, but that is probably because I imagined Ms. Graham as playing Franny in the movie ;) Snappy dialogue, interesting characters, and I'm looking forward to her next book.

I really wanted to like this book because I adore Lauren Graham, but I just couldn't. There was no character development and the plot felt pretty flat. Thinking back on it, I can't remember much of what happened because nothing really happened at all. I wish there was more depth not just with Frannie, but with all of the characters.
