Comentario especial: YVES NO SALE COMO DEBERÍA SALIR DESDE HACE TRES LIBROS. TRES!!!!!!!

Do you know what's weird? Every time I think of the Benedicts books I get this smile on my face. I remember these great love stories and these lovely mysteries with a little danger. And yet, for some reason, it always takes me ages before I pick up the next book and I just can't figure out why. Why do I not pick the next book up, even though I enjoy it so much when I'm reading them?

Because the same happened with this book. I've had it for five months already, waiting on the shelves, and yet it took a reading prompt ("Read a book with a white cover") to make me pick this up. And although I once more needed a little time to get back into the story and world (so weird...) it didn't take long before I was enjoying it again to the absolute fullest.

Partly because Angel is such an amazing character to read about. Everything about her screams energy and enthusiasm. Her actions, how she talks to others, how she talks to us as readers, how she thinks and how she feels. And even though she herself isn't always too happy with it, I enjoyed it a lot. It meant that there was never a case of not telling for the sake of creating drama, it meant that we really know what Angel felt and thought without having to guess or read between the lines and it meant that not once did the book become boring.

I also really enjoyed the setting of this book. I've been reading a lot of hard rock books lately (no idea how I ended up liking those...), so I was a little familiar with the world of music and festivals, but I was glad this was a more lighter and more responsible version of it. However, how the main characters lived their music, with so much passion and heart and soul, was the same. It's the element of this book, and music in general, that I love so much.

And now lets see how long it will take me to pick up the next book in the series. I'd say, place you bets now!

Books in this series never seem to disappoint, another amazing story that was so well written.
The whole strangers to lovers, with some slight hatred between it all was fantatsic and I loved it!
The last chapter felt slightly rushed, the whole getting Davis thing, I do get it, wanting closure by capturing him.
