am i a true crime enjoyer now?
but actually, each case was laid out v compellingly and while im typically just a fan of crypto getting owned (in the humiliated sense), it was actually pretty educational and interesting to learn about its applications within a reasearch and law enforcement context. also makes me realize my opsec is arse and shite but hey, im not running a dark web crime ring

A gripping account of the criminal investigations of several Internet dark markets and how the once believed anonymous payment system of Bitcoin was used to facilitate some of the largest busts in criminal history.
Greenberg gives a thrilling account that weaves solid biographical retelling with the drama of the chase. A solid addition to the cyber security canon that can be enjoyed by the casual true crime reader to the cyber security professional.

Quite Interesting!
A must read for those who are amazed by the power of the internet and the potential it wields. I particularly enjoyed the takedowns of alphabay and Welcome to Video.
There is some technical part in the book which I failed to grasp but overall I enjoyed the reading. Took me almost over a year to finish.
