3.5. A slow start, promises more excitement than it delivers, but a touching look at family dynamics and insightful slice of fame. Oppressively melancholy, and though it feels appropriate for the lives portrayed I wish we’d been offered more scenes of their happiness. Did get me thinking though about the legacies of family, what invisible burdens and patterns we take on, sometimes without even being directly exposed to them. And the task of becoming yourself even so…
Snapshots of the party feel very true and offer schadenfreude that you weren’t there! Made me realize how completely my curiosity for such events has been sated- to quote HIMYM “nothing good happens after 2am”.

Una historia sobre una fiesta que se salió de control y al mismo tiempo el poder de aprender de los errores de tus padres

I loved it.
These characters have my heart.

The drama was sensational yet also felt earned and real. I really felt for these siblings and especially appreciated the way their relationship with their father was handled. There were lines in this that hit so incredibly deep.

The writing was excellent. Poignant, impactful and fast paced.

There were minor things that I didn’t adore but there was no way I was giving it any lower than 5 stars.
