This was really good &honestly, the perfect hot, summer, weekend-at-the-beach read. It's easy to fall in love with the Riva siblings and the -1 star is because of all the other dang characters that got in the way! I didn't mind the actual ~supporting~ characters, but the fact that there were so many that popped in for a page and then were gone (at least for the most part) kept making me wonder if I had missed something.. and when some of them came back (ie Vaughn or Tuesday, etc), I wished they didn't since I just wanted to get back to the main storyline.

I love this author! Wonderful character development and I feel like I know them. I liked the way this book went back and forth between the characters’ history and the timeline of an epic party. You can feel the crescendo building! Make this your summer read!
