Finally picked this up yesterday afternoon for the final half after setting it down partway through (the problem with reading things and then putting them down!)
I love this series and the mythology behind Magdalena, who never really dies as there's always someone else to take her place. This particular story brings up some interesting moral questions about doing the right thing in the face of discovering that what you're fighting isn't necessarily what you've been told.
Look forward to the adventures of the next Magdalena.
