This is still fun and I love the storytelling/Maude/this world. Chelsea Cain makes delightful stories.
I’m torn on the rating though. There are some things that I REALLY liked in this and there are some places I am super confused. Maybe reading more will help?

The creativity of this series is unrivaled. The creators do such an amazing job in immersing readers into this crazy anti-menstruation world. Wow, that's a sentence I never thought I'd write. This volume isn't as good as the near perfect first volume but its still very good. Its filled with the same wit and intelligence as the first but it was a little more abstract here. I love Maude and how she interacts with her parents. The art is perfect for this title. Overall, another fantastic read.
I love the story, love the humor, but I wish there was more story than there is, most pages of this volume were fake adverts, made up card games, and all manner of other stuff. I paid for a comic, I’d like the comic to be a comic. Literally over half of this is crap that the writers probably thought was really funny, but it wears thin when there’s more of this crap than the actual story.
Not as much plot as the first. The satire is still on point.

Good continuation to an excellent first volume. Kinda disjointed at parts, but I’m hoping the payoff will be worth it. Some of the big ideas the authors are trying to play with aren’t fully fleshed out.
Man oh man oh MAN do I adore this comic! It's so freaking good. Really weird and odd and the art and style is just out of this world. Super into this.
