I read this when I was in middle school, and decided to give it a reread to make up for my historical fiction prompt of my reading challenge, and I’m reminded of how much I loved Yona and Hak’s relationship and how many memories and joy this manga has brought me when I first read it that I wanted to continue to it, but never did. Mettons qu’on met de côté le premier amour un peu (beaucoup) incestueux (bon c’est quand même fréquent dans les mangas), j’ai vraiment aimé ce premier tome ! Un héro grumpy qui ferait tout pour sauver l’héroïne qui ne partage pas ses sentiments ? That’s my cup of tea !

Woah i actually liked this first volume cause like things HAPPENED in it. It was not drawn out at all and even thought it was like standard manga length it felt much faster to read because it's such a fast paced story (which i love). The artstyle is charming too :). I heard i had to read this if i wanted to be able to declare myself a fan of the shoujo demographic so i'm doing it.
