When I heard that this book was described as a “Criminal Minds but with teenagers” type of book…I knew it was a must read for me. If I had the option to give it 4.5 stars I would’ve. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars for me is due to how long I felt it took to get into what was really happening. I understand the pacing of it all, but it still had me a bit impatient early on. However, this book was great. Really great. The plot twist caught me entirely off guard, which doesn’t happen often, but I was clueless! Up until the second it was revealed, I truly had no idea what was going to end up happening. It was exciting. The drama was drama-ing and the FBI aspect of it all is the cherry on top. The characters were all so wonderful and different. The story is complex and the potential is limitless. I’m so happy this book is part of a series and I simply can’t wait to read what comes next.
