This is the second book I’ve read recently that deals with addiction, and given my (probably I’ll-advised) tendency not to read blurbs before reading a book, I didn’t realize that going in either time.
I found this really cute and thought it handled addiction and recovery quite sensitively. Even still, because of the existence of addictive behaviors in the book, it was difficult for me to read.
This is my second book by Jae, and it definitely will not be my last. I’m enjoying her writing very much.
